"Five stars isn’t enough to rate State Farm in HF. We’ve been with Chip and team for a few years now. Auto and homeowners. When my daughter turned 21 she got on her own policy with a different insurance company. Make a long story short, new company made a very costly mistake. Reagan at Statefarm was amazing. Gave us DMV advice. Got my daughter back on my policy within a matter of minutes. She really saved the day. My daughter is currently fighting with the old company to be refunded for a policy she paid for that never actually existed, in addition to the DMV fines. She learned a very valuable lesson. Cheapest isn’t better. Statefarm keeps their rates competitive but has the absolute best service. Thank you Chip and team for always being there!"
